Packaging, Delivery & Returns
Orders are sent out in cardboard boxes, paper padded envelopes, paper padding and paper tape. On occasion we will send out a package that's sealed with regular (plastic) tape. Why?
Well, we work with like-minded suppliers who do their best to deliver items to us in 100% recyclable/biodegradable packaging which we then use for our outgoing orders, BUT every now and then we'll receive a box with plastic tape. We don't want these to go directly to landfill so we still reuse these boxes for our out-going orders. If you receive a package with regular tape, please try to reuse as well!
In fact, we encourage customers to reuse all of our packaging to keep then entire process as circular as possible!
Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 days.
Please allow 1-5 days for delivery after dispatch.

Next-Day Click-&-Collect from Various Collection Points in Edinburgh

In the mean time local customers can opt for "Local Edinburgh Collection" at check out and once you place your order we'll send an email to coordinate a collection date, time and place! At the moment we can't guarantee it will be next day but we'll coordinate with you to get your products ASAP!

Please send returned items tracked as we cannot take responsibility for lost items. Once the item is received you will receive a refund (excluding shipping costs) and a confirmation email.
Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Unless faulty, for reasons of hygiene, we do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods including:
Toothbrushes and other oral products
Additional non-returnable items:
